The CHD Awareness Quilt Project is a group of volunteer quilters and heart families from around the globe who are united in promoting greater public awarenss of Congenital Heart Disorders(CHD). The love of family and the joy of quilting has brought us all together. The CHD Awareness Quilt is a series of quilts with each quilt honoring 42 CHDers. The quilts are being constructed of heart blocks, with each block being dedicated to a child or adult effected by Congenital Heart Disease. Currently, there are over 500 names on the list and the list continues to grow daily.
